Mary Glen is an actor, writer, and filmmaker. She hails (proudly) from Kansas City, did her schooling in California, and currently resides in New York, so let's go ahead and say she's tricoastal. She is in love with the creative process, and finds deep joy in collaboration.
She's the third of five kids, probably would love a nap, and definitely wants to dance.
You can call her MG.
October 2018: MG made her Off Broadway debut, playing Rosaline in Shake & Bake's production of Love's Labour's Lost.
August 2018: MG performed in The Summit at Guild Hall.
July 2018: MG directed and edited Lauren EJ Hamilton's dance|music video to "Me" by Oshun.
May 2018: MG traveled to California and workshopped The Amelia Project, directed by Kim Rubinstein. She performed as Amelia Earhart and served as a writer on the piece.
April-May 2018: MG began work on NOHING, a documentary dance theatre piece directed by Jesca Prudencio for People of Interest. This piece uses personal testimony and Noh movement to explore the experience of sexual assault in public spaces.
